I can't agree with norbert2's statement. I have never felt that I wanted to be confused again after everything has become clear. In fact, a lot of my life is still unclear (which is ok because I have a lot of life left to live) and it makes me very uncomfortable and I know that figuring all of this crap out will only make my life better. so I really have no idea as to what you are talking about.
p.s.- I mean no offense and I don't expect a response because this is a one time stop for me and I'll probably never find this website again. i found it by searching '"what the fuck am I doing here?"' so I find this note kind of ironic.

powerful stuff here. i'm sure i will be back :)
I like those moments of pure absurdity when you ask what the fuck am I doing here. Then it all becomes clear. And you wish you were confused again.

Deliciously poignant piece, Jem! You've caught the antiquated look very well, I think - it reminds me how far we've come!
